6.0Motel on Route 1 is showing its age, but it's inexpensive, convenient to Portland, clean, and proprietors are friendly. Out of summer season it's quiet. The little kitchenette includes a good-sized fridge and a 2 burner stove. It would be greatly improved with the addition of dish soap (maybe a wall-mounted receptacle if theft is an issue) and some glasses and coffee mugs. I will stay here again when travelling down state

8.0The staff is very helpful and kind, and they just made for a good experience overall. The room was clean with a little table, a bed, a working fridge, and a freezer. The TV struggled at some points, but it worked well overall. We would definitely come here again.
