10.0The breakfast was exceptional, always enough and everything fresh. If you have a special request, the host instantly modifies to meet your needs without any loss of deliciousness. You feel like you are a guest in someone's home and they want to show it off in the best way possible. The room ambience was warm and comfortable designed to be a haven for relaxation at the end of the day.

10.0We stayed in the Wren cottage. Very cute and clean. Charles was amazing! We came for a concert and he shuttled us there and back which was a blessing. Traffic was insane by the stadium. We will definitely be back again to stay!

Confused by the high reviews, it's a two star at best, sweaty AC-less rooms
5.0The host was incredibly nice and the breakfast was delicious
− The world cup surge pricing definitely affected my expectations, but I'm still confused as to why this is listed as a four star hotel, up there with loews, when it's a two star inn. The AC isn't hooked up so we had a window unit in the living room that didn't sufficiently cool down the bed room, so much so that my partner slept on the couch. The deadbolt is broken so we didn't feel secure only being held in by the chain and the automated door handle lock which was tricky to get working. There's an air purifier and a dehumidifier running at all times that aren't piped out - so we had to empty the water tanks at night, otherwise the bungalow was humid. We also tripped the breaker using a clothing steamer so we had to steam clothes in the warm bedroom which got me sweating. We never got to see the main house due to a reserved party, so breakfast was brought to us, but no coffee or water. If I had been told it was a two star bungalow, and if I hadn't paid $400/night because of the world cup, I would have been more accepting- but the busted lock and paltry AC are universal deal breakers
