10.0La atención fue excepcional. Sin duda una de las mejores experiencias en un hotel. Siempre atentos a que estuviéramos contentos en nuestra estadía.
Great stay at Pacaya Lodge
10.0Stayed here for two nights during our honeymoon in Nicaragua. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with beautiful views (and a hammock) overlooking Laguna Apoyo. All of the staff were exceptionally helpful and really friendly and the food from the restaurant was fantastic (we had breakfast and dinner there twice). The pool area was a really nice spot to enjoy a sunset cocktail. We had a great stay and would highly recommend! p.s. I’d also really recommend spending the day at Casa Marimbe, which Hotel Pacaya helped organise a 15min taxi to.
− There were only four sun loungers for a relatively large hotel. Perhaps the hotel could consider a few more!?

− La piscina es sumamente pequeña. Los TV de las dos habitaciones que rente no funcionaban. Es difícil encontrar el hotel, no hay señalización en las carreteras o en el pueblo

5.0− La piscina no estaba limpia El cuarto que me tocó no tenía un a vista al lago ya que los árboles lo tapaba. Me parece sobre valorado
