2.0Horrible stay! The staff is extremely rude. 0 hospitality. The rooms are so filthy & so daunting. Please avoid staying at all costs. Didnt like anything about the hotel except the location.

2.0First of all, paid for 4 deluxe rooms and got 2 deluxe with 2 standard rooms because apparently we asked for all 4 on the same floor? Secondly, the rooms are old with stained and filthy carpets, the standard rooms look like theyre a part of a horror movie. Lastly, the staff is REALLY RUDE, especially Sona, treating guests like they’ve come for a free stay.
