10.0Knob Hill is a beautiful, gracious home in a lovely neighborhood in Flint. Diana is a born host and a wonderful cook. She makes a delicious, generous hot breakfast each morning - for example, a cheese souffle, candied bacon, and a fresh baked muffin, with coffee and juice. She even provides complimentary wine and chocolates. The bed was comfy and everything was clean and well-appointed. This must surely be the nicest place to stay in Flint.

10.0I recommend everything! Immerse yourself in the full experience. It's not a hotel room with a continental breakfast. It's a beautiful get-a-way of a villa tucked away in the Kettering University/Near Downtown Flint/Miller Rd Business district area. It is an absolute gem with surprises. Do not let the name "bed and breakfast" fool you. Please don't! The personal service is where they earn their stars, yet the room and facilities is something to write home about - it is very nice. My wife Arlene and I stayed there for five days/four nights. We were attended to by the proprietor Diana, and we really enjoyed our stay. Diana went above and beyond to customize our breakfasts meals and assisted us in our wedding ceremony that also took place on site. I highly recommend!
Charming, gracious home! Personable host!
10.0Such a beautiful, statuesque home to stay in! Then to learn some of the history of the home (from our host) was an added bonus. We had a cozy corner suite (Garden Room), tucked away in the gable....it was a very comfortable bed and had all the comforts of home. Diana was the consummate hostess, even offered us a glass of wine before our dinner out (which was delicious)! Property is very quiet. Gardens are spectacular and lush. We will return, most definitely!

10.0I’ve stayed at Knob Hill B&B several times and I consider it my home away from home. Such a lovely home with a wonderful atmosphere. Diane is a wonderful and attentive host. And she always prepares an amazing gourmet breakfast. Everything is top notch!!
