8.0Tudo muito bom exceto o problema do ar condicionado que no terceiro dia virou aquecedor e a noite ficava insuportável o calor. A solução proposta foi abrirmos a varanda porém com vizinhos fumantes e os mosquitos ficava inviável… Também não entendi porque fizeram questão de não dar late checkout para cliente Gold Experia, visto que o hotel estava vazio e exigiram saída às 11:00h. No mais tudo certo.
