10.0The lady that fixed breakfast was very friendly, accommodating and fixed a great breakfast. Location was alright , a little noisey in the morning with the traffic .

8.0Breakfast was great! Can’t go wrong with a Texas Waffle! As an unofficial official coffee snob, I will say that the coffee is excellent.
− Pool could use some work. Visible rust, aged equipment, uncomfortable chairs.
