Good value for money for a short stay i.e. somewhere to sleep. Check your entrance code works!!!
6.0We stayed in the "Jacobson" room. Good location for the places we had to go. Although it is a bustling area, we had a good night's sleep. Competitive price compared to hotels.
− The room could be classed as compact. There is little room between the shower and the bed nor anywhere to hang towels and clothes. There was no plug for the sink in the toilet which made washing difficult. The kettle when boiled did not automatically switch off. Tea, coffee etc. were not replaced on our second day. A door in the room led outside to a semi-decked area. We did not use this area but if we had wanted to we wouldn't have bothered. In the area two pipes emerged which appeared to be the outlet for extraction fans below. We were saved from a potential disaster. On arrival we were given a code to gain access to the building after hours. Late one night we came back and used the code to gain entry without success. Luckily, after ten minutes of trying, another guest arrived. He put his code in, a totally different number, and we gained access.

Reception is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM at 26A Widegate Street, London E1 7HP, and self-check-in is available after 9:00 PM for late arrivals.
Please note: the property has stairs only and no lift (elevator), so all rooms are accessed via staircases.
