8.0This hotel is at a suberb location that is close to a lively neighbourhood packed with shops, bars and restaurants. Also very close to a train and subway station that can easily take you to other parts of the city. The room was spacious and had a nice shower, which for this price I did not expect.
− Staff was okay, not very friendly but also not too rude. I left some of my belongings after my stay and only found out a week later, when I asked them if they found anything they gave me a bit of a snappy answer. But I guess that is part of the Berlin experience lol.

This hotel is not wheelchair accessible.
The reception is located on the 4th floor. The guests rooms are located on all floors.
To reach the elevator, guests need to walk up some stairs. Guests on the 5th floor must take the elevator to the 4th floor and then use a spiral staircase.
