10.0Wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Wuxi, location was very central, the hotel was superb and clean. I had a great experience and would definitely come back again whenever I visit Wuxi. I would also highly recommend this hotel for everybody who wants to visit Wuxi.
Wonderful Stay – Great Service from Fay!
10.0My parents stayed at Hyatt Regency Suzhou from April 14–16, and they had an amazing experience. A big thank you to Guest Manager Fay, who made everything extra special! She called in advance to confirm details, arranged a room upgrade thanks to Globalist and Guest of Honor status, greeted them warmly upon arrival, and had fruits and snacks ready in the room. The hotel itself is beautiful and very comfortable. My parents felt truly welcomed and taken care of. We really appreciate the thoughtful service—highly recommend this hotel!
Comfortable with spectacular views
10.0The room was nice and clean. The view from the window quite spectacular. Everything as expected. The swimming pool was very good and clean. The room was large but perhaps I was missing a desk which was more suited for working with a laptop. With some sockets?
Hyatt Regency Wuxi experience
10.0This hotel is definitely my favorite hotel in Wuxi! Situated on the tallest building in Wuxi, it's just dazzling to wake up on a sunlit morning and overlook the city center from above. The hotel decoration is demur, and all facitilies are renovated and quite new. And all of these with a reasonable price, very fantastic.
