The room smelled horrible. The first room they put me in the ac didn’t work. The second room the front to the AC was falling off. The only good thing was the bathtub looked new

So bad I cried
2.0The facility was disgusting. After arriving at 7:00pm from a long day of traveling the front desk told me they gave my room away. I reserved a 2 bed room as my sister decided last minute to come with her husband. They had no 2 bed rooms. When I complained he sent me to a disgusting, mold smelling room with rusty metal, cigaret burns in the bedding and a bad pillows. The wooden cabinets were poorly painted white and it was bad.
