4.0We like the property but the way they handle the bookings were poor. We didn't get the rooms that we paid for instead negotiated with us to give us other rooms and just provided extra bedding. We booked 7 Family villas but we only got 3. Some guests were also complaining about it when we were checking in. The complimentary kits were not completed and we need to ask for it. The front porch were not cleaned properly and had a couple of trash. At least, the buffet staffs were nice and friendly.

4.0Room are dirty, airconditioning not working so hot inside the room, swimming pool nit that good broken slides and unclean. Some staff are untrained. Deceiving resort and hotel
