My room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to be so close to the pool in which I would have a swim every morning after breakfast. Breakfast was included in my room rate and on the first day I asked for porridge but they didn't have any, the next day the breakfast manager had bought porridge from his home for me so for the rest of my weeks stay I had porridge and an omelette for breakfast which was very nice. I hadn't read the reviews when I booked and was really disappointed with those I read after thinking the worst. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived, some people obviously look for the bad rather than seeing the good. Ok it doesn't look exactly as it does in the photos, it could do with a coat of paint, but overall I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely go back again.

It was the worst stay in a hotel ever. We booked for 5 nights and left after 2nd night to another nearby hotel. They do not accept cards so we had to pay in cash, in fact after booking online I was threatened by the manager to deposit 10k in the account or lose the booking, so I had to do the same. The rooms are small and nowhere close to what it looks like in pictures. There are insects in room and bathroom. There is no hot water in bathroom. The AC was uncomfortably cold and there is not temperature control. Basic food like peanut chat was so bad with burnt peanuts that we had couldn't go beyond one bite. They do not have a bar at the hotel. Most of all, they do not allow friends to enter the room. My friend just came to meet us since we were in Goa and they are from Goa and we have not met for a couple of months. What kind of hotel stops friend from entering the room but ask them to meet only in the lobby area? Oh and by the way, I have not got the receipt for the 10k bank transfer and reason being coz it was bank transfer and we can give you receipt of the payment only made at the hotel. I will not recommend anyone to book this hotel and suffer as we did.

Rooms were not as shown in the picture , service was very low quality , there was no hot water , no mineral water bottle even , room paint was off , AC was of 20 years age with huge amount of noise along with the cooling .

As per hotel staff since it was not paid booking is not confirmed booking which was not communicated in your booking website which is misleading customer..... This comment is not for hotel but for your website.....
