2.0From the moment that we arrived there was no assistance with baggage and waited 20 minutes for front desk staff to check is in. This was a clear sign of what was to come but, oh it gets better. Reserving the family suite was disappointing as well. 2 single mattresses put together to make a queen bed is actually smaller than a double bed and extra mattresses were P800 each. The bathroom was small and no hot water is available. In the description it states there's a restaurant on site (misleading). This hotel is a money pit and definitely to be avoided.

10.0We have been to this place for 4 to 5 times already. Wife is very happy with the room - the size, the cleanliness and the service.

8.0It was more a resort, so for those interested in the outdoor style with waterpark; you have a good pick with this place. Nearby shopping and restaurants plus transportation makes it convenient.
