− Die Gastgeber gaben uns von Anfang an das Gefühl, nicht willkommen in ihrem Haus zu sein. Eine Begrüßung fand nicht statt, das Frühstück am nächsten Tag musste am Tisch zur Hauptstraße eingenommen werden. Obwohl sich sehr ansprechende Einrichtungen im Garten befinden, wurde uns nicht gestattet, den Platz zu wechseln. Insgesamt eine sehr ordentliche Unterkunft, ausgesprochen hellhörig – nur für den Fall, dass man ausschlafen möchte. Hauptsächlicher Kritikpunkt ist, dass man sich als Gast eher störend vorkommt. Wir werden das Hotel in Mindo nicht noch einmal buchen.

10.0Mindo Green House is absolutely beautiful. Many flowers, jacuzzi & pool. The room has a wonderful balcony overlooking the garden and the hummingbird feeders.

− Sería recomendable mejorar la calidad del servicio. La señora que, entiendo, trabaja en el lugar atiende de una manera poco amable y algo arrogante. Además, aunque el sitio se presenta como pet friendly e incluso cobra un valor adicional por mascota, en la práctica no lo reflejan, ya que el trato a las mascotas deja mucho que desear.
