Alguns pormenores a melhorar
7.0Há vários anos que frequento este hotel. A localização é muito bonita e calma, a decoração dos espaços comuns e a simpatia dos funcionários são os pontos mais positivos.
− Não há nada que não goste propriamente, mas apenas alguns pontos a melhorar. Os quartos já necessitam de algum melhoramento, mantêm-se iguais há alguns anos. Já necessitam de pintura, algumas torneiras necessitavam de ser substituídas, as cortinas das janelas do WC ao lado da banheira necessitam de uma cortina de tamanho adequado para garantir uma maior privacidade no banho. Os quartos continuam a não dispor de mini frigorífico, o que faz falta no verão. E o bar poderia disponibilizar alguns snacks além de bebidas, junto à receção. Também noto alguma falta de recursos suficientes a nível de pessoal, o que compromete o nível de serviço (por exemplo, tenho notado que sempre que reservo este alojamento, falta sempre sabonete líquido ou gel de banho na casa de banho, porque acaba e não é reposto para o próximo hóspede). Os televisores nos quartos também são excessivamente pequenos e a imagem falha.
