4.0− Really disappointing experience staying here for just one night. The basic facilities were way below standard—we had to deal with bad drainage and a foul smell in the room right from the start. I expected a much better level of hygiene and customer care. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here until they fix their service and room maintenance.

4.0המיטה הייתה מאוד נוחה והיו מים חמים במקלחת. החדר עצמו כן היה נקי ומסודר.
− אחת המגבות הייתה מלוכלכת. היה המון רעש בחדר מאירוע שהיה ליד( העבירו אותי מהר אבל כל העניין היה מיותר) פקידות קבלה לא שרירותיות ולא נחמדות. נתנו לי להרגיש לא נעים ולא בנוח.
