1.0What I liked was the ease of use—everything could be handled via phone. Most importantly, the hotel’s location is excellent, and the place is very clean and well-organized.
− What I didn’t like was that the room was extremely small—far too small. My friend was very upset and angry when we arrived because there was only one small bed, even though we had booked a room for two people; we hadn’t expected this, nor the tiny size of the room. There was no one to talk to in order to resolve the issue. While the automated/digital systems are nice, not everything should be handled that way. Check-out is at 10:00 AM, whereas we are accustomed to a 12:00 PM check-out; if you happen to be out late the night before, it’s impossible to meet this deadline because the check-out time is simply too early.
