Wir sind als Familie mit einem 1 Jährigen Kind gereist. Zuerst das Positive: - Die Anlage ist traumhaft gelegen an der Bucht mit direktem Strandzugang und einem tollen Hausriff. - Das Personal ist so unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und kinderfreundlich. - Gutes Essen mit guter Qualität. - Sehr gute Sauberkeit. - Gewohntes Robinson Sportprogramm. Kursangebot im Vergleich zu anderes Clubs jedoch reduziert. Negativ: - Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. - die Preise für alkoholische Getränke sind wirklich unverschämt. Z.B kostet ein Aperol Spritz umgerechnet 17€. - man muss mittlerweile fast für alles extra zahlen. Sei es Padeltennis oder der uralte Billardtische im Barbereich - für uns allerdings das Negativste war das übrige Publikum. Vielleicht hatten wir auch einfach nur Pech. Aber so etwas kinderunfreundliches habe ich noch nie bei Robinson erlebt. Wir wurden mehrfach blöd angemacht, weil unser Baby sich teilweise wie ein Baby verhalten hat (gequengelt, vor Freude gejuchzt, geweint). Man hat sich richtig unerwünscht gefühlt. Zudem sind mehrfach Leute beim Essen in einen reingelaufen oder haben einen angerempelt. So als wäre jeder etwas Besseres. Vor allem 50+. Robinson ist für uns eigentlich als Familienclub bekannt. Es gibt so viele Adults only Hotels mittlerweile, dass wir dieses Unverständnis gegenüber Babies/Kindern nicht nachvollziehen können. Insgesamt passt unserer Meinung nach das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis einfach nicht.

Freundliches Personal, gutes Essen tolle Lage – aber insgesamt enttäuschend. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und bemüht – daran gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Auch die Lage direkt am Wasser ist wirklich wunderschön und verleiht dem Club seinen besonderen Charme. Allerdings sollte man wissen, dass hier viele Kinder willkommen sind – wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, wird diese nicht immer finden und sollte sich nicht beschweren, oder sich ein adults only Hotel suchen!! Als Robinson-Reisende war ich dieses Mal jedoch insgesamt enttäuscht. Die Zusatzleistungen entsprechen längst nicht mehr dem Standard, den man von Robinson erwarten würde. Es gibt mittlerweile zahlreiche Alternativen, Angebot und Qualität deutlich überzeugender sind. Hier sollte dringend nachgebessert und das Konzept überdacht werden.

Der Club braucht eine dringende Erneuerung. Er ist nun 20 Jahre alt. Alles war etwas heruntergekommen. Das Essen war sehr gut, aber mehrere Personen beklagten in diesem Urlaub Magen Darm Beschwerden. Es war noch keine Feriensaison, daher war es für Kleinkinder nicht wirklich empfehlenswert. Der Robbyclub hat nur einmalig während der Zeit stattgefunden. Die Hotelgäste waren eher Kinder unfreundlich.

I just returned from one unforgettable week at ROBINSON Club Soma Bay, and I honestly wish I could have stayed longer! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome — their warmth and professionalism really set the tone for the entire stay. The location is breathtaking: the long sandy beach, crystal-clear Red Sea, and amazing coral reefs made every day feel like paradise. I tried windsurfing and snorkeling, and both were fantastic experiences — the water sports team was so helpful and encouraging. Food was another highlight. Every meal felt like a celebration, with an incredible variety of fresh dishes, themed nights, and so much attention to detail. I especially loved being able to enjoy local flavors alongside international favorites. What really stood out was the atmosphere — it was the perfect balance between relaxation and activities. Whether I wanted to join a yoga class, play sports, or simply lounge by the pool, there was always something to enjoy. And in the evenings, the entertainment brought everyone together in such a fun way. This wasn’t just a holiday, it was an experience I’ll never forget. If you’re looking for a place that combines stunning nature, excellent service, and a vibrant community feeling, ROBINSON Club Soma Bay is the place to be. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a truly perfect holiday at ROBINSON Soma Bay! From the very first moment, we felt warmly welcomed. The entire team is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help – you can really feel that everyone here works with passion to create an unforgettable stay for the guests. The food was simply fantastic: varied, fresh, and of outstanding quality. There is something for every taste, and the variety made every meal a real highlight. The atmosphere in the club is unique – relaxed, open, yet perfectly organized. You can enjoy the stunning location right by the sea, take part in the wide range of sports activities, or simply unwind and let your soul recharge. A big compliment to the whole team at ROBINSON Soma Bay – you make this place truly special. We will definitely come back!
