10.0This has been one of the best experiences of our lives. The location is absolutely breathtaking, the villas are stunning, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every single member of the team was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A heartfelt thank you to all of you for making our stay so special. Loved visiting Bali but we would not stay at Griya Shanti again
4.0Great lay out and loved the outdoor kitchen looking out to the pool and the main bedroom opening straight up to the pool. They were happy to send meals to room.
− First night we went to the restaurant and 80% of what we tried to order from menu wasn’t available, they couldn’t make any mocktails on menu and served hot cans of soda. First morning I had a electric shock from a power point, they sent someone to fix it but didn’t care of the incident, my husband had the tiles around the pool fall onto his foot when he walked past. Meals were always cold and restaurant vibe was cold and uncomfortable. Last night we pre ordered meals on our way back to villa as we were stuck in major traffic jam and said we would pick it up when we got back and take to room (didn’t care if these were cold) went to kitchen on our return 1 hour after ordering and still weren’t ready. We also noticed that items such at hair products we’d purchased in Ubud was missing after a room clean.

− لمن لديه اطفال الغرفة الثانية منفصلة عن الغرفة الرئيسية وما في لها باب مشترك وخطيرة خروج الاطفال الى بركة السباحة هذا طبعاً لي انا ويعتمد على العوائل الاخرى.. المبنى قديم نوعاً ولكن لا يؤثر على جمالية الفلا
