− Bath towels were very old and frail and the bed sheet was also old and ripped, shameful really 😑

− It’s very dated. Shower door wont stay closed, bathroom door jammed and could not close, sheets are extremely thread-bare, 2 long strands of hair in bed, horrid smell in initial room, corridors smell of cigarettes despite no smoking signs everywhere.
