Vary basic but clean hotel. The Onsen was nice but also very basic.

Great location and great service!
9.0Very well located with a direct view to the sea. The staff was really friendly, onsen was great, and we even got complimentary drinks in the evenings and mornings. We booked an additional day there after visiting Shiretoko.

− Das Zimmer war sehr in die Jahre gekommen und der onsen hat eher an ein Badezimmer aus den 70er erinnert. Auch war die Ausstattung nicht wie man es gewohnt ist von einem onsen. Der Aufenthaltsraum war neu renoviert und schön aber die Zimmer und der Rest des Hotels sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und den Preis nicht Wert. Wir hatten deutlich bessere Hotels für weniger z.B. in Niseko.
Disappointing. Poor value.
4.0Comfortable lounge area and location close to Shiretoko
− Overall not good value for the high price. Room was hot on arrival and had to change because air con not working. Rooms basic. Onsen not for families. Did not try dinner or breakfast due to price and poor reviews.
