10.0The staff and management are excellent. The breakfast is outstanding. They have 24 hour rooms serving. The location is very central to most places in Colombo. The hotel is very safe. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious

2.0Took them 7 hours to provide hair dryer & 5 hours for housekeeping to show up! Check out is at 12 & since 10 they started twice to call & show up at the door to remind check out time as if it’s the first time being in hotel !! Very unhappy with the management & how they dealt with their returning customer. Stayed there few times & just once when I needed to change a booking that I only made an hour earlier from full night to half day they didn’t agree! Fear of making 20£ less one time they lost a customer all together.
