10.0Cecilia from concierge was so kind and helpful when helping us to figure out where we wanted to go for our bus tickets. I had a lot of questions and she answered them all. She was expert in knowing where to go and what to do. Very friendly and available as well. We are from out of the country and she helped us greatly. Sorry my English isn’t good.
