It was a very origiinal evening. And the street which had beautiful victorian houses on one side of the street and the sea on the other was a lovely place for a morning sttroll.

5.0Staff were friendly
− Rooms are outdated and need some upgrades
Historic Harbour Grace is a "must see" when you are in Newfoundland.
8.0While our first impression was that the hotel needed a bit of updating, this notion was offset by the fact that the rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location in historic Harbour Grace was perfect for exploring the town, although we were disappointed that the museum didn't open until July. Still, there are other attractions along the boardwalk. We enjoyed our breakfasts in the hotel restaurant where the staff were friendly and efficient and there were some traditional Newfoundland menu items on offer. For evening meals, the Old Courthouse is close to the hotel and has an extensive and delicious menu which can be sampled from a jail cell - great ambiance!
− Many attractions and services not open in June - tourist season doesn't really start until July.
