el trato al cliente que no es frecuente se nota muy diferente.
7.0− me dieron una habitación en el piso 17 a lado de una puerta de emergencia donde esta un aparato que suena 24/7, el ruido del aparato se excusa de una manera constante dentro de la habitación. y claramente tenían otras habitaciones disponibles, yo creo que porque hice la reservación en Booking, me castigaron con esa habitación. de hecho la tarifa no estaba nada barata,

8.0The staff members were very helpful, most of them couldn’t speak English but those that did went an extra mile to ensure that you get helped fully.
− The rooms were very small especially for the amount of money spent. The workmanship in the rooms are sub-standard. My toilet was leaking water whenever I flushed it.

− PESIMA situación del AGUA en la habitación. No estaba suficientemente caliente, con una presión inaceptable - un "mini-chorrito", nada más en los lavabos y además, se detenía el flujo de agua por unos minutos mientras tomaba la ducha. Luego regresaba, después de un sonido como de aire comprimido...Tienen un problema GRAVE de mantenimiento del sistema hidroneumático y lo peor es que NO RESOLVIERON NADA no obstante haber reportado el problema 3 (!!) veces.
