− no breakfast - no possibility to leave luggage before departure (following recommendation, storage booked but then a WhatsApp message told us we could leave our luggage at reception...) - uncomfortable bed pillows - very expensive for what it is

10.0Excellent location right by Piazza Navona, with everything within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. We stayed 8 nights and would gladly stay here again.
