2.0There needs to be clear communication and guidance if you arrive on an international flight and need to stay at the hotel on how to get access to the hotel. I was routed through customs and out to arrival only to find out that the hotel was inside the terminal. I could not access my room, had to pay the full price and had to find another hotel late at night.
