9.0La ubicación y su accesibilidad a las principales actividades de la ciudad. El ambiente y atención del personal del hotel muy buena. Despertar con la vista al volcán al salir de tu habitación.
− Que el baño tuviera el lavado afuera, era un poco incómodo.
I would 10/10 recommend this to family or friends. We will stay there again if we return to Guate!
10.0The staff were friendly and kind. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of our room and the facilities, and breakfast in the restaurant was one of our favorite meals during our stay in Guatemala.
− We truly were impressed with our place, and we would definitely stay there again, but the bottom floor walls did let in quite a bit of noise. Our second night, we were in an upstairs room, which was remarkably quieter.
Overall we managed.
