Una vacanza da ricordare.

Ottimo resort ordinato e pulito, ampi spazi per tutti i gusti. Zona con scivoli per gli adulti e bambini, il plus sono le due grandi piscine riscaldate. Il cibo è buono, vario ed abbondante e per noi italiani anche il caffè è ottimo (siamo in un contesto internazionale). Il team di animazione è simpatico e coinvolgente, ma non invadente. Le attività sono ben pianificate durante tutto il giorno con spettacoli serali. Stanze ampie, pulite con letti confortevoli. La baia è ampia con la discesa a mare graduale, il pontile che vi porta alla barriera corallina e’ una bella passeggiata , è un resort dove gli appassionati di Kitesurf non resteranno delusi. Il personale è sempre molto gentile e disposto ad aiutarvi. Nota di menzione per Mohamed della reception che parla la nostra lingua ed ogni volta che avete bisogno lui c’è. Dista 10/15 minuti dall’aeroporto e se chiedete vi organizzano il transfer.

Eigentlich nur die Tauchschule direkt am Hotel.

− Das Zimmer war sauber, aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, Duschen ohne Überschwemmung war nicht möglich. Beim Essen gab es eine gute Auswahl, aber die Stimmung im speisesaal glich eine Bahnhofshalle. Die Musik an den Pools war so laut, dass man nirgendwo Ruhe hatte, außerhalb des Hotels lag Müll. Bis auf ganz wenige Ausnahmen, waren die Mitarbeiter nur freundlich und zuvorkommend, wenn sie Trinkgeld bekommen hatten.

Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Le séjour a été exceptionnel. La mer est magnifique, avec beaucoup de poissons visibles directement au bord, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. La nourriture était variée et bonne chaque jour. Les animations étaient également de qualité et mettaient une très bonne ambiance dans l’hôtel. Un grand merci à Hamid, le responsable de la réception, qui a été très agréable, professionnel et toujours présent. Il a su gérer tous mes problèmes pendant le séjour avec efficacité et gentillesse.

− Honnêtement, rien de particulier. Tout s’est très bien passé.

A wonderful stay - we recommend it!!! :) I visited the hotel with my daughter and my parents. The rooms were wonderful, the food was varied, the reef was wonderful, and the pools and slides were great for the kids. Hussam is irreplaceable. We'll be back!!! :)
