10.0I booked the hotel room for my husband who attended a seminar at the nearby University of Cebu. His stay was very pleasant and the personnel manning the front desk were very courteous. Breakfast was great as well as the amenities provided by Alicia Towers. The place is just a stone's throw away from Gaisano Country Mall. He would definitely stay again at Alicia Towers for the continuation of his seminar within the week.

4.0當下到飯店入住後，剛進去房間發現(2樓)我的房間螞蟻很多，叫房務人員來也沒清理，要換房間也不給換。 重點隔天飯店人員說我的信用卡資料有誤，結果我看到的根本不是我的信用卡資料，飯店人員說叫我自行與EXPEDIA聯繫處理，但我一大早5點(退房)根本EXPEDIA客服還沒上班，然後飯店人員都無法處緊急事情，就跟我說聯繫不到要我現場再次補繳現金給飯店，讓我很生氣！

8.0Overall experience was great. But i think they should consider lowering the early check in fee to accommodate people coming from provinces. Some hotels consider 1-2 hrs early check in free of charge.
