10.0All the staff members were adorable and efficient, except for one older guy (night shift) who kept talking about politics and criticising the hotel, the area and the country at large. He was very negative and a terrible first impression, as we checked-in late and had to listen to his personal (unfairly) negative views about Brazil. I would recommend that he keep his personal politics outside work, especially as he doesn’t know what the guests’ politics are.

8.0Instalações de bom tamanho, porém o sofá cama não é confortável para dormir... minha filha teve que dormir comigo e minha esposa na cama de casal. Travesseiros desconfortáveis para pessoas de maior estatura. O café da manhã foi muito abaixo da minha expectativa. Não nos foi disponibilizado copos no quarto, apesar da existência de frigobar. Piscina excelente... proximidade da praia também. Infelizmente, o comércio praiano local impede a vista do mar quando se está na area da piscina.
