1.0Nothing customer service is shocking! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all
− The management were unhelpful and I think this hotel is very greedy. Other nicer hotels close by
Staff were lovely and really helpful and location was perfect .
9.0Superb location! A wonderful place to stay for a few days exploring Rome. We had a balcony on the side of the Spanish Steps, it was beautiful We could walk everywhere we wanted to go.
− The breakfasts were mediocre to bad, which was a shame

9.0What an amazing location. Make sure you pay extra for a balcony with a bistro set instead of just the Juliet Balcony. Enjoying a glass of wine or coffee while people watching on The Spanish Steps provided a great break to the hectic pace of our days.
− Awkward getting in and out of due to it being in a ZTL traffic area, but understandable.
