Could have been better....a cold shower is not worth the price
6.0I liked that you were able to accommodate 3 people each with their own single bed to sleep on. Bedding was white and clean. Staff was friendly.
− The shower was an issue. It was a struggle to get a warm shower, the warm water doesn't even last long enough just to soap and rinse, not even trying to wash hair yet. It was cold and uncomfortable. After my daugher's shower turned cold and didn't warm again I did contact reception, they came to check it looked like the water warmed, but when I showered, after a few minutes the warm water dissapears again. It was a cold evening as well so thatvwas really unpleasant. I spoke to the people next door the next day, and they said 1 showered fine, but the second person also struggled with the water turning cold. The drain also clogged up, did report to reception, and said they will only be able to fix it the next day. The door as very big gaps where a lot of wind and cold comes in - I had to close the gaps with towels. The facilities are good, but a microwave in the room is really recommended. It is next to a main road so during the evening there is some road noice. It the shower issue can be fixed, I would have give a much better rating.
Great for an overnight stay
7.0It was safe Host was very responsive Kitchen was well equipped Tea, coffee, sugar & milk were highly appreciated
− * There was no safe available for valuables. * Staff entered the accommodation without prior notice. * The bedroom cupboards and shelves were quite dirty and covered in red construction dust. * The shower was warm, but never properly hot. * In the morning, we could not open the curtains without being fully visible from the parking area, as there were no net or lace curtains for privacy. * All the pillows were very thick and firm, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. * Some more carpets in winter time would have been appreciated * a heater in the living area would have been more comfortable
