6.0Disappointed that we were so far from the hot tub and water activities. Learned there was a shuttle to get there the second day. The toilet seat swivels and is ready to come off.

10.0My family has stayed here for the past 8 years. The entire property is clean and we'll maintained. The rooms are perfect All kinds of dining options in the area. The Wilderness water park and arcade are a joy and keep myself and the kids entertained no problem. Only one complaint, but by no means a deal breaker. I know you don't go to Wilderness for the tv, but I wish they would switch from cable TV to streaming. We will always go to Wilderness until the grandchildren leave the nest!

10.0Waterpark was great, wish it was under one roof had to shuttle to and from, condo was roomy with great views, arcade area great, laser tag is a must do. Dinning wasn't the best and over priced for quality. Frozen yogurt was great.

8.0Door knobs in the room need tightening. No vending machine on the 4th floor, inconvenient to have to go to another floor. Grill not open on Saturday when there’s a 3000-person car show in the center and their food is cafeteria-type food quality. Front desk was accommodating, especially Toni, so friendly and helpful.
