10.0Really lovely clean, quiet accommodation. Great location for us as we visited Dixter house/gardens, Merriments & Perch Hill gardens. Lots of options for dining out a short drive away. The accommodation is perfect, very clean, very quiet, all the facilities you would hope for & the breakfast was top quality. The owner lovely, welcoming & helpful. Highly recommend this b&b and would definitely stay here again.
