Great but pool service area needs some attention
10.0Jordan at the pool was SO great, as was sabrina and mathew . Jordan on particular was so sweet, kind, attentive and just an all around pleasure to interact with. He was very helpful and mindful of any needs we may have. With that being said, Everyone else could use some training on etiquette, being helpful and giving the type of service one would expect from a st Regis. Our first day was so weird we were approached by a worker and asked if we needed anything. We said yes we would like to order 2 drinks (non alc). She says I can’t help, I’ll need to ask a server or the bartender. We said OK. We see her walking over to the bartender who is laughing gleefully and she returns to let us know that if we want any drinks, wecan come up to the bar and grab them ourselves. Total joke. When a server finally did come to us he said no of course I can get you your drinks no problem. You’re on vacation. You shouldn’t have to get your own drinks. It was the weirdest experience. It feels like there are so many people training or working here but half of them cant actually help you with anything. Other than that, the service inside the hotel was great, the rooms are amazing and this is our second time and we will definitely be back.

10.0The St Regis does not disappoint! Everything about this property is exceptional and the service is impeccable. I spent most of my time on the beach and all the staff was so attentive, especially Gian, Richard, and Jesus. This is my third year to vacation at this property and I will definitely be back for a fourth.

10.0We had an exceptional experience at the St. Regis, thanks to our Gian! From the moment we arrived, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our day relaxing and enjoyable. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, kept our chairs and umbrella perfectly set up, checked in throughout the day without ever being intrusive, and always greeted us with a smile. Outstanding service like this is what sets the St. Regis apart. Thank you for making our beach day unforgettable—we hope to see you again on our next visit!
Amazing Resort!!
10.0Our experience at this resort has been top notch. Came for 48 hours to celebrate my husband's birthday and service has been impeccable. Shout-out to Andrew at the pool service for his customer service, kindness and overall care. In addition to Angel who was our server at the pool providing top notch service
