10.0Nice hotel, we had a feature bedroom which was spacious and comfortable although it really needs handrails in the bathroom to get out of the narrow bath!. Guests can use the facilities including the pool at the sister Peebles Hydro hotel about 2 minutes drive away. Handy for walking into Peebles high street and the river walks. Good choice of meals in the bar which were reasonably priced and excellent.

8.0The staff are very helpful and could not do enough to help you. Room 82 is compact but clean. The breakfast was great. Brilliant location in the heart of Peebles with lots of beautiful walks.

6.0The room was fine. Good firm superking bed. Room was large.nice clean bathroom. Shower was terrible. No pressure. Good selection of things to eat at breakfast. Didn't really enjoy the cooked breakfast. Friendly staff. Old fashioned hotel and very quiet and peaceful.
