− The room was close to the street and to the tram track and it was noisy in the morning. Maybe the windows are not soundproofed.

The Urban Oasis SPA & Wellness is open Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 22:00, and on Saturday and Sunday from 07:00 to 22:00, except between 09:00 and 11:00. For children aged 2 to 14, access is available from 07:00 to 17:00.
The Winter Holiday Fair is open from 15 November to 5 January from 07:00 to 22:00.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
