Not a good experience with the front desk people
1.0− Hello Siri, I am a stroke survivor of six years. I was telling the person at the desk my room number. I can’t write it, but if you can scribble down, I can write it. So on this vacation, we were supposed to stay two nights. But I got it messed up and only did one night. So I asked the front desk if they could do the same price. But no. It was almost $399. I meant to do it as a two day trip, but I forgot because of my brain injury. And the person at the desk says well. Let me know when you get out of your room. That was so bad of that person at the desk.

2.0− Room was dirty, food on couch, shower had bodily hairs from prior guests. Pillows were too small and not comfortable. Noise issues all night from neighboring rooms air conditioning unit. TV quality was very poor.
