2.0I arrive in the morning an they don’t let you in your room till 4:30pm when the supposed to open at 3pm

2.0Worst experience ever. These people canceled my reservation on the day I arrived and lied about the reason for the cancellation. Claimed my card denied but my reservation was booked 3 months in advance and they were sending me messages about what I was arriving to check up until the day before I arrived so if it was canceled why were they sending me messages and No I didn’t receive a email stating it was cx and yes they stole my money. Never again!!!
