10.0酒店有D歷史，但維護好，我住海景日、西式帶私人温泉房間，房間大，可以看日出，另外意外地晚餐很好味，魚生好新鲜，但早餐就一般，但總結是滿意的。

10.0家族4人で宿泊しました。3階の大衆風呂と屋上の露天風呂を利用しました。どちらも良かったです。レンタカーでしたが駐車場も無料でした。ホテルの場所も海の真ん前で、近くに飲食店などもあり便利でした。おすすめです。

8.0総合的に満足しています。古い建物ですが改装しており清潔感もあり気持ち良いです。ロビーの広さやオーシャンビューに加えゆったりソファーでくつろいでいたらピアノとウッドベースのジブリミュージックのライブ演奏などとても良かったです。部屋も屋上露天風呂は別府湾を望むオーシャンビューでした。食事も大変美味しかったです。 朝方水道管の故障がありの露天風呂の水洗設備や客室のトイレが断水したのですが、対応が忙しかったのでしょうか、何のアナウンスもなかったのでフロントに問い合わせて故障と分かりました。客室電話か管内アナウンスをして欲しかったですね。 ただ朝食会場でミネラルウォーター配てもらったり、夕食時の別料金だった飲み物代をサービス頂いた上にお土産まで頂く神対応に大満足です。ホントに気持ちの良い滞在ができました、ありがとうございました、また利用させて頂きます。
