Stayed at the Smokehouse Suite
10.0Hermann Crown Suites was great. We stayed at the Smokehouse suite. It’s a small cosy cabin that is clean and comfortable. The hotel breakfast was top notch. We used the hotels vans to visit the winery’s. Adam Puchta Winery is the best.
Staff was wonderful and accommodating!!

10.0We love the location and really like staying in the Community Room Suites they are very nice.Breakfast is good and having entertainment at night is always a plus.This is our go to place to stay

A very nice place with a great cellar bar. Would definitely stay again.

− The room was fine. The portable A/C, while very important, was just loud. However, we get it - that’s a very old building.

8.0The staff was wonderful and friendly. Very cozy and close to all of the shops. The atmosphere was fun as there was a live band playing right outside our room.
− Steep stairs to get up to the room but it was definitely safe with a locking door on the outside of the building as well as separate lock on room door. A llittle musty smelling in the building.
Would stay there again.

− Some of the staff could use some customer service training. A few gave the impression you were a disctraction.
