− 首先，个人觉得员工的态度很对酒店的印象起了很关键性的作用，也很影响出游的心情。办理入住的时候，酒店的当地员工很耐心的给讲核对资料，当知道我是中国人的时候，还跟贴心的说，等一下会有一位中国同事会给你讲解的。听到后给酒店点赞👍 然后，这位中国女同事的态度却让我对酒店的的所有好感都下降⬇️一开始，她很冷漠的拿出一只纸，问我看到过没，然后一条条的读出来，我问到，能否定今晚的怀石料理的时候，她直接说：不能！不添加一点解释为什么，说话简单了断。 最令我意外的是第二天打电话来提醒10点退房，问我是不是要酒店的车送回地铁站的时候，我只是询问一句：最晚是11点的吗？她直接来一句 ：“我可没说过。”感觉要骂架了 。 酒店的初心是好的，但是如果是碰到这种员工提供服务价值的话，我下次是不会再选择入住的。

− 在booking上不看消息联系困难，如果自己去酒店比较麻烦，晚上热川走夜路有些恐怖。
This was an incredible place to stay, with a relaxed beachside atmosphere, fantastic views, lovely staff and a tranquil
10.0The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the views overlooking the sea were stunning. My favourite part was the public onsen, which had an incredible view from the 4th floor where you could watch the sunrise.

7.0The room is Japanese style. Less crowd. We can enjoy the hot spring by ourselves.
− The mattress is not thick enough for us to sleep comfortably. Besides, we were requested to pay 10,000 yen per night per kid as we booked a room for 4 pax even though we had a confirmation from the ryokan that we reserved a room for 4 pax. So end up I paid a double cost for a room.
