− The hotel stay in Batam was very disappointing. Upon entering the room, there was a strong and unpleasant odor that made the environment uncomfortable. We even had to use our own perfume spray, but the smell still persisted throughout our stay. The room was located on level one and had no windows at all, which made it feel stuffy and poorly ventilated. Additionally, the towels provided were not clean—they had a noticeable smell and were no longer white, appearing yellow and unhygienic. Overall, this was an unpleasant experience, and the hotel needs significant improvement in cleanliness and room maintenance.

8.0ok.. it was nice.. got 60s theme hahaah. toilet door cannot locked but no issue. the room was clean.. the staff was nice.
− i expect deduct from my card but not.. i hope booking can do better or the hotel can straight deduct from my card…
