8.0The staff and location were great. Grilling was not a problem. But would have to be coordinated with other guests since there is 1 grill. However, many items advertised do not exist. There is no front office on the property. There is no sea view, partial or otherwise, from the courtyard rooms. One supposed courtyard 2 queen bed room is actually around the side of the property and faces a fence. No coffee/tea in the common area. No sitting area in all rooms, as the 2 rooms we stayed in did not have such. The first room had 2 chairs with a little table between right across from a bed. There was no room to walk past if someone sat there. The second room had a coffee table and 1 chair in the open closet. Last, lots of ants in the rooms. They definitely need to do something about that. Basically, there is a bit of exaggeration and embellishment in the listing. Given it’s a nice property, there is no reason for the false stuff.
