8.0Room very good, did not get serviced though in a 3 day stay, but all staff were great and a good location.
The worst hotel I have ever stayed
2.0Worst hotel ever. No housekeeping until you ask for it everyday. No buffet breakfast, in fact there is no menu, they have set breakfast which they give you everyday. Same thing everyday. No coffee. Terrible bed and mattress quality.

6.0Checked in to a smoking room although I book none smoking. Also must call reception for cleaning, turning on the cleaning icon isnt enough.
