8.0When I came to check in (mid afternoon), nobody was at the desk, and there was a sign at the door telling anyone that the staff will be back, but gave no time-frame. The properties exterior are looking totally neglected. Mold is growing on the sides. Also, the pool was drained and unusable for guests.
