8.0Very close to the ice rink (here for a competition), and an easy 10 min walk into town and 15 min walk to the train station. Very accommodating which made our stay and timings so much easier.

10.0Very handy location for the gig I attended at Beach Ballroom. Free off road parking. Friendly welcome from host and room comfortable, clean and with everything I needed. Quiet. Slept well. Will use again should I have call to be in Aberdeen.

10.0Property was clean, good value, Colin (the owner) was very good company and the bedroom window could be opened (I like fresh air!). The breakfast was excellent and well worth the cost. The property is close to the beach and all that goes with it. I'll stay again.
