10.0O hotel em si é bom. Tudo bem limpinho. Teve arrumação no quarto. O cafe da manhã e básico, mas satisfatório. Pontos para melhorar: Falta identificação nos itens do café da manhã, tipo de bolos, sabor dos sucos. A gente tinha que ficar perguntando tudo para saber o que era. Isso é muito chato. Deveria ter um telefone no quarto para falarmos com a recepção, é necessário descer sempre que precisar de uma informação. Deveriam avisar no site que o restaurante do hotel está desativado, e la não tem ifood, conseguimos um telefone de um local que fazia entrega na recepção do hotel. No geral a viagem foi Prazerosa, a praia é perto, mas para ir andando com varias coisas e com crianças se torna inviável. Porém aos sábados e domingos fica impossível de estacionar próximo, tem que ir muito cedo para conseguir vaga.

8.0A minha hospedagem foi boa, isso para o que se destinou, quer seja, pernoite e café da manhã. O café da manhã foi bem variado e satisfatório. Com relação a conservação das instalações, penso que poderiam estar em melhores condições de manutenção. Ar condicionado e água quente satisfatórios. Estacionamento com muitos bolsões de água, dificultando a saída do veículo. Simpatia e solicitude por parte dos colaboradores. Ah, relação custo x benefício muito boa.

10.0Ótimo atendimento e recepção. Local agradável e confortável. Quarto espaçoso, tipo apart, com cama grande e macia. Banheiro limpo com agua morna a gás. O quarto tinha vista lateral do hotel para uma construção de club que fica ao lado. Mas pelo valor do período estava bom. Cafe da manhã tranquilo com variedades (muitos doces, poucos salgados). Há restaurante também com bons preços, mas não aproveitamos por preferir comer na praia. 10 minutinhos da praia de Itacuruçá.

8.0Atendimento mto bom. Como era comemoração de aniversário de casamento, solicitei um algo decorativo, mas não fizeram. Negativo só a TV, som ruim, poucas opções de canais. Restaurante com preço muito caro o q nos faz procurar comida fora.
